| DESCRIPTION: | Patch 6.1 for McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.5 is available for downloading from http://www.hawaii.edu/software/. Filename is vse85ip61.zip. Patch 6.1 is required for Windows Vista SP1 and Windows server 2008 with Hyper-V support. It was brought to our attention that VirusScan Enterprise 8.5 with patch 5 may not autoupdate properly for some installations, e.g. Windows XP SP2 with previous installation of VirusScan Enterprise 8.0. Patch 6.1 fixed the problem. If you are having problems with VirusScan Enterprise 8.5 with patch 5, please install patch 6.1.
